A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a missed appointment or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied toward future services. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service when the appointment is completed as scheduled. Kindly inform us within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will require a deposit before booking your next appointment. We kindly ask that you arrive on time. Appointments delayed by 15 minutes will be canceled to respect our schedule and other guests. En caso de no presentarse a su cita o perderla, el depósito será perdido y no podrá aplicarse a servicios futuros. El depósito se aplicará al costo total del servicio cuando la cita se complete según lo programado. Por favor, infórmenos con 24 horas de anticipación si necesita cancelar o reprogramar su cita.
